将当前工作区固化为 v1.1.0 里程碑，并推送到自托管仓库。 同步升 workspace 五个包版本 0.2.0 → 1.1.0（root / apps/api / apps/admin-web / apps/miniprogram / packages/contracts）。 质量门禁（Node 24.21.0 + pnpm 11）： - eslint --max-warnings=0 ✅（exit 0） - prisma generate ✅（56/56 模型文件齐全） - tsc --noEmit（apps/api）✅（exit 0） - test:unit：11/11 测试通过；src/auth/password.service.spec.ts 因本机 Windows 应用控制 策略拦截 argon2 原生模块（argon2.glibc.node）加载而 suite 失败——属环境限制，非代码 缺陷。生产 API 运行时 argon2 可正常加载（登录链路此前已验证返回 201），该限制仅影响 本机测试 worker 进程加载 node_modules 中的原生二进制。 未验证项（打标签 ≠ 生产发布）：UAT、E2E P0、真机测试、Ubuntu 主机预检、TLS、 离站备份均未验证，保持未勾选，不假绿。
